Packer Event Childcare Sign-Up

Members of Packer's ArtWorks for Youth Club are pleased to provide childcare during certain evening events for parents.
Childcare begins 15 minutes before the scheduled event time and will be located in the “Playgroup Room,” down the hall to the left of the front security desk. Parents and/or caregivers are responsible for supervising their children between the end of school or playgroup and the beginning of childcare. Childcare will end 15 minutes after the end of the scheduled event time.

This sign up form will close at noon on the day of the event. If no requests have been made by that time, childcare will not be provided.
