Congratulations to the incredible team behind Packer Current Items (PCI), Packer’s Upper School literary magazine. The 2023 issue has been selected as a Crown Finalist by the Columbia University Scholastic Press Association. The Crown Awards are given annually to exceptional student print or digital publications across the country. PCI will receive either a Silver or Gold Crown at Columbia Scholastic Press Association’s convention in March, 2024. Applauding the students and faculty behind the issue, English Department Head Elissa Krebs said, “I know that this stunning publication is the result of commitment and passion, and the English Department, the Upper School, and Packer at large is incredibly proud of your work and appreciative of the time and effort you invested in one of Packer's crowning jewels.”
