Incoming Middle School Division Head Yves-Eric Kabore joined students and faculty in his future division for a rapid-fire interview with the Eighth Grade members of the Chapel Committee. 

If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive or fictional, who would it be?

I would probably have to say Michael Jordan, I'm a huge basketball fan. Who wouldn't want to have dinner with the greatest basketball player ever? 

If you could listen to only one artist for the rest of your life, who would it be?

Adele… I just think she's a phenomenal singer.

Are you a dog or cat person?

I would say a recently discovered dog person. I didn’t grow up having pets, but I gave in a couple of years ago and we got a kitten. And I gave in during the pandemic and we got a dog. Now I love her. I couldn't imagine not having her. She's actually right here chewing on something next to me.  

Here’s the last question, and there is a right answer: What is your favorite grade in the Middle School? 

That is a loaded question. Since you’re asking it, I’m going to say Eighth Grade. And if someone else asks me, I may or may not change my answer!
