Packer began the 2022-23 school year guided by a new strategic framework. This plan, which we call Learning Together, captures what we believe is most important in preparing our students to be engaged members of an interconnected world, and it signals what we will focus on to provide an excellent education for all Packer students going forward. In a note to our community, Head of School Dr. Jen Weyburn and Chair of the Board of Trustees OhSang Kwon noted: 
 
“This framework is the result of a year-long research and planning process that engaged stakeholders across the school. As a framework rather than a typical strategic plan, Learning Together is not a prescriptive list of concrete steps. Rather, it is adaptable, responsive, and anticipates change. Anchored by a thoughtful reexamination of Packer’s mission, vision, and values, Learning Together provides the blueprint within which Packer will evolve as a school community and an organization. We identified three essential areas in the framework: Learn, Connect, and Advance. By focusing on these priorities, Packer will continue to pursue our vision of creating a diverse community of learners in which each person is valued and challenged.”
 
Over the course of the fall, we continued to share Learning Together with the extended Packer community through different outreach efforts including communications to alumni and grandparents, workshops with faculty, and a live Parent Association session with Dr. Weyburn for current parents.
