Shen Gallery

The Carol Shen Gallery enriches our curriculum by bringing thought-provoking exhibitions, gallery talks, and visiting artist programs directly to our students, our families, and the community.

As a teaching gallery, the Shen directly serves students in every division. Art teachers lead students in collaborating and discovering interdisciplinary connections between visual art and their studies in the sciences, performing arts, world languages, mathematics, history, and literature.

Featured artists may include students, faculty and staff members, Packer parents, or friends of the community. Visiting artists have debuted contemporary sculpture, photography, drawing, and other diverse mediums. Each year, the Shen also hosts a faculty and staff exhibition, a student-curated exhibition, and capstone shows of student's visual artwork.
