This spring, our alumni have been coming back to Packer, reconnecting with their classmates, and getting ready for the summer. See photos from the Alumni Ice Cream Social, the Alumni-Student Baseball Game, and the Pelicans of Color Farewell Dinner below.
Alumni Ice Cream Social
On Wednesday, May 1 Packer alumni and their families joined us for ice cream and to check out Packer today! Each child had to make the difficult choice between vanilla or chocolate ice cream and rainbow or chocolate sprinkles. Families also enjoyed a chance to shop at the Parent Association's annual Book Fair!

On Saturday, May 18 we hosted our first Packer Alumni-Student Baseball game. Alumni played a close game against the Upper School Varsity Baseball team. After a grueling six innings, the teams decided to call it a tie at 4-4.

Pelicans of Color Farewell Dinner
On May 31, Packer held the annual Pelicans of Color Farewell party for seniors, juniors, Alumni of Color, and Packer Professionals of Color. Our students and alumni celebrated the contributions of Packer's faculty and staff members who shaped the students' experiences by leading affinity spaces. This year, we said goodbye to our seniors, Upper School Spanish Teacher Rashad Randolph, Upper School Spanish Teacher Dallas Rico, and Associate Director of Middle and Upper School Admissions Adam Choice.
Brooklyn Independent School Networking Event
Each year, we join alumni from Brooklyn Friends, Berkeley Carroll, Poly Prep, and Saint Ann's for an evening of conversation and networking. On June 19, we had almost 100 people in attendance.
