Packer Says Farewell to Four Long-Time Community Members

At the end of the 2019-20 school year, Packer said farewell to four important people who spent decades as part of our school community. We encourage you to take a few minutes to read their stories.

  • Ann Martinez retired after 19 years as a member of the school’s food service department.
  • Irene Turner retired after 37 years at Packer as a First Grade and Third Grade head teacher.
  • Anne Danforth retired after 21 years of teaching math. She was the longest serving member of Packer's mathematics department.
  • Chris Rush retired after 33 years as a Preschool and Lower School librarian.

If you would like to be in touch with any of these faculty members, please email David Minder at dminder@packer.edu.
