Standardized Testing Coordinator/Upper School Administrative Support - Leave Replacement (February to June 2022)

Packer is seeking a Standardized Testing Coordinator and Upper School Administrative Support to help manage and support the school’s administration and execution of all standardized tests. This role will work closely with Packer’s Upper School Division, IT, and Student Support leaders to ensure that all students have access to the appropriate testing experience. 

This full-time position reports to the Director of Student Support and Upper School Division Head. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Updating daily student attendance reports for the Upper School
  • Provide administrative support for Student Life programming in the Upper School
  • Planning, coordinating and executing all standardized testing done at Packer to include:
  • Upper School:  SAT, ACT, PSAT, Pre-ACT, AP Exams
  • Supporting students with standardized testing accommodations through SAT, ACT, PSAT, Pre-ACT, AP Exams
    • Run Non-Standard Administration Report (NAR) for all College Board Tests
    • Identify students taking ACT and College Board with Special Testing accommodations
    • Plan, coordinate and execute all Special Testing procedures
  • Performing a variety of data entry and records management tasks; Input standardized test scores of student into Veracross; troubleshoot errors
  • Acting as liaison between Packer and testing vendors
  • Performing administrative and clerical duties in the coordination of testing and scoring activities as well as student management in the Upper School
  • Scheduling and training test proctors in the procedures for conducting the administration of each of the assessments
  • Supervising test administration, test security procedures and make-up administration of each assessment
  • Performing related administrative duties as assigned
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00 pm, Some Weekend work required

Requirements: 

  • College Degree Required 
  • Administrative experience in a school setting preferred
