What is your favorite thing about Packer?
My favorite thing about Packer is the diversity in the faculty and student body. Packer offers a wealth of opportunities for students to explore a variety of languages and cultures. In Chinese class, we use the language as a wide-angle lens to see the differences in the world. After all, there is no point in talking about diversity if we don't also talk about language!
Describe a favorite or memorable moment in your classroom at Packer.
I don't have a particular favorite or memorable moment in my classroom. I truly cherish and enjoy every moment that I spent with my students everyday.
Name a book/artwork/piece of music that changed your life and explain how.
I am an opera singer myself (outside of Packer), so opera is my favorite music, but I don't have a favorite piece. Opera changed my life, or I should say — opera makes me alive.
What is something that most Packer people wouldn't know about you?
I sing opera!
