Packer alumna, Kate Cusack ’97, and her parents, Margaret and Frank Cusack P’97, are a family of artists. Though their intriguing artworks are very different from each other, they have a common thread of texture, design and visual impact.

  • stitched artwork by Margaret Cusack P’97
For more than thirty-seven years, Margaret has created stitched illustrations, props, hangings and portraits for a variety of clients from AT&T to Aunt Millie’s Spaghetti Sauce.
  • photographs by Frank Cusack P’97
While balancing a career in advertising, Frank has created a stunning photography portfolio, using mundane objects to create monumental images.
  • Zipper Jewelry and costumes by Kate Cusack ’97
Kate’s unique art-jewelry, created entirely out of zippers, has been featured in fashion and art magazines around the world. Kate’s fascination with transforming materials continues in her sculptural costumes which have been shown in cutting-edge New York theater.
